FLEXCHEM PGP 250
FlexCHEM PGP is a thermoplastic hose manufactured from polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester films and high-density fabrics, tensioned between internal and external wires. FlexCHEM PGP is designed for a wide range of hazardous chemicals that do not affect polypropylene. Combined with our uniquely designed dry seal system, FlexCHEM PGP offers a safe and reliable solution for chemical transfer.
Typical Conveyants: Mineral oils, solvents, alkalies, caustic soda, acids, inks, paints, petroleum products, and DEF fluids
Typical Applications: In-plant, chemical carriers, ink and paint production, ship-to-shore, marine operations
CONSTRUCTION:
Cover: Blue / White stripe, PVC coated polyester. Abrasion, ozone, flame and UV resistant
Internal Wire: P – Polypropylene coated galvanized steel
External Wire: G – Galvanized

Internal Lining: Polypropylene
Reinforcing layers: Combination of polypropylene, polyethylene films, seamless tubes, and high-density fabrics
